Stephen is widely recognized as a distinguished real estate broker with over 50 years of experience. He has won a multitude of industry awards including the NAR Distinguished Service Award, REBAC Hall of Fame & Person of the Year and Ohio Realtor of the Year. 

 In addition, he has served as President of the Cincinnati Board of Realtors, President, Ohio Realtors and NAR Regional Vice President.

  Jim is a government affairs professional and has spent over 25 years representing the real estate industry on Capitol Hill and with appropriate Federal agencies including being the Senior Legislative Representative at the National Association of Realtors

Most recently, he worked for Realogy Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, with a significant foot print in real estate brokerage, commercial real estate and title insurance. Jim was the Federal and State Lobbyist for the Company for more than 12 years. Realogy owned well known national brands: Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Sotheby's, Corcoran, Better Homes & Gardens, ERA and Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate. 

Holly is a 20-year veteran in the real estate industry. A multi-licensed agent who closes over 100 transactions a year, she's built a career defined by results, relationships, and reinvention, not just selling homes, but building the tools, platforms, and people around her that make selling homes possible.

Her work has earned recognition at both the local and national level. In 2019, she was named Top Agent in Cincinnati by the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors,and was also honored as a Woman of Influence by Venue Magazine. She's a nine-time ICON Agent at eXpRealty, one of the brokerage's highest honors, and currently serves on eXp'sNational Agent Advisory Council (AAC) and the Board of Directors for the Women's Impact Network, reflecting her standing as a well-connected, widely respected voice within the real estate community nationwide.

Neal is a real estate leader, technology strategist, and business growth professional with more than a decade of experience across the real estate and technology industries.

Throughout his career, Neal has worked with leading real estate technology companies including Dotloop, Curaytor, Zillow, Ribbon, and Experience.com, helping agents, teams, brokerages, and organizations leverage technology, marketing, and strategy to grow their businesses.

Neal currently is a brokerage leader with Keller Williams, Cincinnati, where he focuses on agent growth, recruiting, coaching, and building businesses designed for long-term success. He is also an active Realtor and co-founder of the Real Deal Home Team.
